INGREDIENTS
25 ml white Rum
50 ml Fruity Tipples sumptuous strawberry
10 ml Fruity Tipples elderflower liqueur
50 ml sparkling water
2 strawberries quartered
½ lime chopped
1 sprig mint
METHOD
Muddle strawberries with mint and lime
Add Elderflower liqueur, strawberry liqueur and rum
stir with ice
top with more ice and top with soda
garnish with mint
