Strawberry and Basil Martini

Ingredients

Strawberry Fruity Tipples Basil soda water Ice lemon or lime juice fresh strawberries sugar syrup

Method

Muddle a fresh strawberry with 1/2 tsp of sugar syrup and 4 large basil leaves in a cocktail shaker, add crushed ice 50 ml of strawberry Fruity Tipples . Shake until well chilled and then add 25 ml of soda water. Strain into a cocktail glass serve with a slice of Strawberry

Ingredients

Rose wine , Strawberry Fruity Tipples, fresh strawberries, grenadine syrup ,sugar, mint leaves

Method

Make rosé wine ice cubes  by pouring rosé wine into an icecube tray, you need at least 2-3 per glass, freeze over night.

Method for 1 glass scale up for more, cut a strawberry or two into small pieces place in a bowl with a tsp of sugar, and 25 ml of strawberry Fruity Tipples, leave to soak for 10 minutes. Add Grenadine and a further 25 ml of strawberry Fruity Tipples and  2-3 frozen rosé wine ice cubes. Blend with a hand blender until smooth and serve straight away with a sprig of mint leaves.

Ingredients

Strawberry Fruity Tipples, fresh strawberries, mini marshmallows, double cream, mint leaves

Method (serves 2)

Cut up 4 fresh strawberries into small piceces, place in small bowl with 25 ml of Fruity Tipples Strawberry, leave to infuse for 10 minutes, add 50 grams of mini marshmallows to a small saucepan add the soaked strawberries and warm gently strirring frequenlty until the marshmallows have melted. Leave to cool while you whip 100 ml of double cream to firmish peaks . Stir cream into cooled marshmallow mixture with a further 25 ml of strawberry Fruity Tipples, pour into serving glasses and  leave in fridge to set 2-3 hours, when set add a slice of strawberry and a mint leaf to garnish.

Raspberry Mojito

Raspberry Fruity Tipples  50 ml, ¼ lime chopped into chunks, 5 mint leaves, sugar 1/2 tsp, soda water 50 ml, crushed ice

Method

Muddle sugar mint and lime, add ice and 2 shots (50 ml) of raspberry Fruity Tipples top up with soda water, to make a full jug follow the following quantities

Fruity Tipples Raspberry 500 ml, soda water 250 ml, sugar 10 tsp, limes 8 mint leaves 40 fresh raspberries 30

N.B also works with other fruity tipples flavours

 

Autumn Mellow

Blackcurrant fruit tipple with apple juice and ameretto

Ingredients

Blackcurrant Fruity Tipples 50 ml unsweetened pressed apple juice 50 ml, Amaretto just a splash ice

Method

Mix equal parts apple juice and blackcurrant fruity tipples add a dash of amaretto to taste, then add ice shake in a cocktail shaker and strain into a glass serve with a thin slice of apple (soak in lemon juice to stop it discolouring)

Lemon lady lemon lady

Ingredients

25 ml Gin 25 ml Lemon Fruity Tipples squeeze of lemon and lime juice ½ tsp sugar

Method

Shake gin and lemon fruity tipples over ice and a little sugar ,pour into martini glass add a squeeze of lemon and lime and serve

Ingredients

Cranberry Fruity Tipples 25 ml Raspberry Fruity Tipples 25 ml Orange juice 25 ml ice

Method

Mix all three ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker and shake until chilled strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of orange before serving.

Strawberry Fruity Tipples 75 ml fresh lime juice 25 ml ½ tsp sugar

Method

Shake ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker strain and serve

Ingredients

Single Cream  25 ml

Method

Pour ingredients over ice and  stir

Cherry Sour

Ingredients

Sweet and sour mix ( bar mix)* 25 ml

Cherry Fruity Tipples 75 ml

Ice

Method

Shake ingredients over ice

Serve

( * make your own sour mix 3 parts lemon or lime juice 1 part sugar)

Ingredients

50 ml peach puree

50 ml cranberry fruity tipples

Ice

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a tall glass

Serve

 

Lemon meringue pie

Ingredients

Lemon fruity tipples 75 ml

Malibu ( coconut rum) 25 ml

Lemonade to taste

Ice

Method

Mix Malibu and lemon together

Add ice

Top up with lemonade

Serve in tall glass

Ingredients

Soda water 25 ml

White wine 25 ml

Fruity Tipples of your choice 25 ml

Ice

Method

Mix ingredients together in a tall glass

 

Prosecco Fresa

Ingredients

Fruity Tipples Strawberry 25 ml

Prosecco 175 ml or champagne

Method

Put Fruity Tipples in a tall wine glass

Top with Prosecco

Fruity Tipples Cherry Cola

Ingredients

Fruity Tipples Cherry 50 ml

Cola or pepsi ( not diet) 50 ml

Squeeze of fresh lime

 

Method

Put Fruity Tipples in a tall  glass

Add ice

Top with Cola

Add a squeeze of lime and stir

 

Raspberry Twist

Raspberry Fruity Tipples 25 ml

Lemonade 25 ml

Cranberry Juice 25 ml

 

Method

Pour all ingredients over ice in a tall glass

Stir and serve
