
Ingredients
Fruity Tipples elderflower liqueur 45 ml
white rum 45 ml
Lime juice 25 ml
sugar syrup 10 ml
Method
Pour elderflower liqueur, white rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar and mint into a glass.
Add crushed ice and muddle well.
Add more crushed ice and top with a splash of soda water.
Garnish with a sprig of mint
