How to make Honey sugar syrup

Ingredients

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup water

Instructions:

Combine honey and water in a small saucepan over low heat.

Stir gently until the honey dissolves completely. Don’t let the mixture simmer or boil, as this can break down the honey’s delicate flavor profile.

Remove from heat and let cool completely.
