Ingredients
1 cup of ice
10 ml Pineapple juice
50 ml of full fat coconut cream
Fresh fruit to garnish
Method
Put all the ingredients into a food blender and blend until smooth
Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with fresh pineapple and a cocktail cherry
