Ingredients
- Rhubarb liqueur 50 ml
- Aperol 25 ml
- prosecco
- soda water
- Rhubarb ribbon and orange peel to garnish
Method
- Place 4-5 ice cubes into a glass
- Add rhubarb liqueur and aperol and stir well
- Top up with prosecco and add a splash of soda water
- Garnish with rhubarb ribbon and orange peel
- Enjoy!
