Rhubarb and custard

Ingredients

  • Rhubarb Liqueur 50 ml
  • Vodka 25 ml
  • Avocat 10 ml
  • lemonade 20 ml
  • Rhubarb stick to make garnish

Method

  1. Shake Rhubarb liqueur and vodka with ice until chilled
  2. Make small shreds of rhubarb stick and place in bowl of iced water, they should curl
  3. Whisk together the avocat and lemonade in a separate glass
  4. Double strain the rhubarb and vodka mix into a chilled glass
  5. Carefully pour the avocat mixture over the back of a spoon on the top
  6. Garnish with a rhubarb curl
  7. Enjoy!
