Ingredients
- Rhubarb Liqueur 50 ml
- Vodka 25 ml
- Avocat 10 ml
- lemonade 20 ml
- Rhubarb stick to make garnish
Method
- Shake Rhubarb liqueur and vodka with ice until chilled
- Make small shreds of rhubarb stick and place in bowl of iced water, they should curl
- Whisk together the avocat and lemonade in a separate glass
- Double strain the rhubarb and vodka mix into a chilled glass
- Carefully pour the avocat mixture over the back of a spoon on the top
- Garnish with a rhubarb curl
- Enjoy!
