Ingredients
- Mezcal or white rum 50 ml
- rhubarb Liqueur 50 ml
- lemon juice 25 ml
- egg white or foamer
- lime wedge to garnish
method
- Add rhubarb liqueur, lemon juice, mezcal/rum and foamer/egg white to your shaker
- Dry shake then add ice and shake again until chilled
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- garnish with rhubarb ribbons
- Enjoy!
