Ingredients
- Gin 25 ml
- rhubarb Liqueur 50 ml
- Strawberry liqueur 25 ml
- lemon juice 15 ml
- pink prosecco 25 ml
- lemon wheel and strawberry to garnish
method
- Add rhubarb liqueur, Strawberry liqueur , gin, lemon juice, to your shaker
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Strain into a cocktail glass with ice
- Top up with pink prosecco
- garnish with a lemon wheel and strawberry
- Enjoy!
