A deliciously tasty twist on an Italian classic

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Fruity Tipples captivating cranberry liqueur

  • 25 ml Fruity Tipples gorgeous gooseberry liqueur

  • 25 ml Dry gin

  • Cubed ice

  • Orange peel twist

Directions

  • Add Fruity Tipples and gin to “old fasioned” or “rocks” glass
  • Add ice cubes
  • Stir gently
  • Squeeze and twist orange peel over glass and serve

An alternative twist on a classic mojito

Ingredients

  • 50 ml sumptuous strawberry liqueur

  • 50 ml sparkling water

  • 3-4 lime segments

  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves

  • 5 ml sugar syrup

  • Ice

Directions

  • Muddle strawberry liqueur, lime segments, sugar syrup
  • Add crushed ice
  • Top with soda water
  • Slap basil leaves to release the flavour and aroma,add to drink
  • Stir top up with soda water if necessary
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaf and strawberry

Notes

  • You can replace the basil with mint for a different taste

French Martini

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Fruity Tipples ravishing raspberry liqueur

  • 25 ml vodka

  • 50 ml pineapple juice

  • ice

  • egg white

Directions

  • Dry shake ( no ice) Fruity Tipples, egg white, Vodka and pineapple juice
  • Add ice cubes and shake till well chilled
  • Sieve into martini glass
  • Garnish with fresh raspberry

Notes

  • Egg white is optional but gives a velvety finish

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cubes frozen rosé wine

  • 50 ml sumptuous strawberry liqueur

  • 2-3 fresh strawberries

  • 2 mint leaves

  • 5 ml grenadine syrup

Directions

  • Fill ice cube tray with rosé wine leave 24 hours to freeze
  • Cut strawberries into small segments and add to strawberry liqueur
  • Leave to soak for 10 minutes
  • Add grenadine syrup and rosé ice cubes
  • Puree with a blender
  • Serve straight away

Notes

  • You can scale this up to make a full jug

  • Add crushed ice to top of glass
  • Top up with soda water

  • 50 ml dry gin

  • 4-6 small lime & lemon segments

  • 5 ml sugar syrup

Directions

  • Add gin, lemon liqueur & sugar syrup, wet shake until well chilled
  • Strain into martini glass
