French Daiquiri

Ingredients

White Rum 45 ml

Fruity Tipples elderflower liqueur 30 ml

Lime Juice 25 ml

sugar 1 bar spoon

Method

Place your sugar and freshly squeezed lime into a shaker and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

Add elderflower liqueur and rum.

Add ice into your shaker and shake vigorously until the drink is nicely chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass
