Ingredients
1.5 oz Blended Scotch Whisky
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Fruity Tipples Elegant Elderflower liqueur
1 dash Angostura Bitters
4 oz Ginger Beer
Method
Mix all ingredients (except the ginger beer) in a mule mug with ice
Stir well with a bar soon
top up with Ginger beer
Garnish with a lime wedges
