90ml prosecco
30ml soda water
Ice cubes
Garnish: lemon wheel and fresh mint
Method:
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Pour in the limoncello, then add prosecco and soda water.
Stir gently to combine.
