Ingredients
- Rhubarb liqueur 50 ml
- White rum 50 ml
- Lemon juice 15 ml
- simple syrup
- mint and lemon wheel to garnish
Method
- Place 4-5 ice cubes into a shaker
- Add rhubarb liqueur, rum, lemon juice and sugar syrup
- shake until well chilled
- Strain into a glass and garnish with fresh mint and a lemon wheel
- Enjoy!
