Rhubarb and limoncello


  • limoncello/lemon liqueur 35 ml
  • rhubarb Liqueur 35 ml
  • lemon juice 15 ml
  • egg white or foamer
  • rhubarb ribbon to garnish


  1. Add rhubarb liqueur, lemon liqueur, lemon juice and and egg white/faomer to your shaker
  2. Dry sheke without ice until foamy
  3. add ice and shake til chilled
  4. Strain into a glass and garnish with rhubarb ribbon
  5. Enjoy!
