Ingredients
- limoncello/lemon liqueur 35 ml
- rhubarb Liqueur 35 ml
- lemon juice 15 ml
- egg white or foamer
- rhubarb ribbon to garnish
method
- Add rhubarb liqueur, lemon liqueur, lemon juice and and egg white/faomer to your shaker
- Dry sheke without ice until foamy
- add ice and shake til chilled
- Strain into a glass and garnish with rhubarb ribbon
- Enjoy!
