Ingredients
- 6-8 fresh mint sprigs
- Raspberry liqueur 25 ml
- rhubarb liqueur 25 ml
- white rum 50 ml
- soda water
- Lime juice 25 ml
- crushed ice
Method
- Muddle the mint, lime juice, raspberry and rhubarb liqueur
- Add the rum and muddle again to mix
- Pour into glass and remove mint leaves
- Top up with crushed ice
- Top up with soda water
- Garnish with lime wheel and fresh mint leaves
- Enjoy!
