Rhubarb and raspberry mojito

Ingredients

  • 6-8 fresh mint sprigs
  • Raspberry liqueur 25 ml
  • rhubarb liqueur 25 ml
  • white rum 50 ml
  • soda water
  • Lime juice 25 ml
  • crushed ice

Method

  1. Muddle the mint, lime juice, raspberry and rhubarb liqueur
  2. Add the rum and muddle again to mix
  3. Pour into glass and remove mint leaves
  4. Top up with crushed ice
  5. Top up with soda water
  6. Garnish with lime wheel and fresh mint leaves
  7. Enjoy!
