Ingredients
100 ml tomato juice
50 ml watermelon puree or Fruity Tipples wonderful watermelon liqueur
Pinch of salt
Pinch of chilli powder or cayenne pepper
15 ml yuzu juice ( or lime juice)
Splash of white balsamic vinegar
Method
For the mocktail version puree the watermelon pulp then add to a tall collins glass
For the boozy version simply add the Fruity Tipples wonderful watermelon liqueur to the glass
Add all the remaining ingredients to the glass with some cubed ice
Stir well and serve with a celery stick as a garnish
